Is social media bad for you?

How do you think social media affects people?

Good-

It can effect parents, relatives or guardians as well or as much as the person its happening too.

Do you think social media influences you on the way you act or even present your personal image?

In some aspects social media can influence us with how we act. This is from seeing something and being some what intrigued on how someone is acting and behaving in a particular way. We could like the way someone does something which makes you want to try it out. his could also happen in the way we present ourselves. This could be from the smaller things like makeup, a hairstyle or clothing choice, but it could also go to the extreme of body image.

Social media can hurt your body image by constantly exposing yourself to the ideal body type, leading to constant comparison of yourself to unrealistic standards. It is important to take a break from social media if you feel worse after using it.- Illinois State University
